When your Cummins engine is modified, the factory components are often pushed to their limits from increased cylinder pressures, valve spring pressures, and high engine RPM. Even in mild builds, excessive flex from your factory pushrods can lead to power loss and other valvetrain issues. Just because this flex isnt visible, and your factory pushrods dont show signs of failure, does not mean that you shouldnt upgrade them. Expertly handcrafted in the USA to XDPs stringent standards, the XDP Street Performance Pushrods are constructed of only the highest quality materials. The 3/8 diameter Pushrods are manufactured from seamless 4130/4135 chromoly tubing that is cold drawn over a mandrel for increased rigidity and flex reduction. Each tip is then CNC machined from core hardened and triple tempered 86L20 bar stock to provide impact and wear resistance.
